Location details

The office is located in a detached office and residential building surrounded by greenery in the Deutschherrnviertel district (Sachsenhausen), in a great location directly on the Main.

The well-maintained property has very good public transport connections. Within walking distance of Lokalbahnhof station (700 m), tram lines 15, 16, 18 (200–400 m depending on the stop), a parking garage (120 m), and free parking in the surrounding area.

Surroundings
The office has excellent surroundings. The neighborhood offers extensive infrastructure (Rewe, dry cleaning, restaurants, bars, cafés, gyms, etc.), and Alt-Sachs, with its high density of restaurants, is nearby. The immediately adjacent banks of the Main are ideal for taking breaks, walking, cycling, or water sports. Even the city’s main museums are in the immediate vicinity. Just across the river is the ECB, along with Hafenpark and additional restaurants.
