You live in a listed Art Nouveau building constructed in 1904. It was not until 2016 that the façade and gable underwent extensive renovation. Since then, the historic brick building with half-timbered elements has shone in new splendour. In 2025, the roof and heating system were renewed.
The building includes a small, well-maintained garden that all tenants may use. It is a popular place to meet for a chat or barbecue. A bicycle storage room is also available.
