The apartment consists of two fully furnished rooms as well as a spacious kitchen with a large, shared loggia, a bright bathroom with natural daylight, a coat area, a hallway and a storage room. It also has a dishwasher, oven and hob, washer-dryer, a separate refrigerator for each tenant, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery, and fast WiFi. The storage room also contains a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The individually usable room faces north, overlooking a very quiet and green inner area. It is zoned so that there is both a living area and a dining and work area, as well as a quiet sleeping area.

The shared loggia can also be reached easily from this room—the access is via the kitchen.

The room is fully furnished: a 1.40 m wide bed, a large wardrobe, a sideboard with TV, an extendable table with two chairs, an armchair with footstool, a nightstand, plus a floor lamp by the armchair and a pendant lamp above the table. Curtains can be drawn all the way around the bed, and there are curtains on the windows as well.

There is ample storage space both in the room itself and in the storage room, allowing work or study materials, a laptop and other equipment, clothes, shoes, sports gear, and anything else that should not be left lying around to be put away quickly and easily.
