Important information in advance regarding applications
Please note that this apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 people.
The following requirements must be met for the rental:
- You have a permanent employment contract with your own regular income.
- Applicants undergoing training require a guarantee from their parents.
- Before an invitation to view the property, we require a current SCHUFA credit check to be submitted. You can obtain this, for example, from Immoscout24.de.

The deposit is Euro 1,580.-. It is due in cash or in advance by bank transfer upon conclusion of the rental agreement.
Keeping a dog, cat, or mouse is not permitted in the apartment.
The spacious living room is fitted with parquet flooring. Laminate has been installed in the bedroom, while the study or guest room has easy-care vinyl flooring.
The bathroom offers a bathtub, a double washbasin, and an outside window. The toilet is located in a separate room.
The apartment includes a carport for 30.00 euros per month and a garage for 50.00 euros per month.
There is no private basement storage room.
