About this apartment
I am renting out a fully furnished 62 m² apartment at Wichernsweg 45, on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey building. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into. The location is particularly attractive, as the canal is in the immediate vicinity and the area offers a pleasant setting, good accessibility, and a wide range of everyday amenities.
The monthly net rent is 1,300 euros. Additional costs of 260 euros apply, bringing the total monthly rent to 1,560 euros.
The apartment is preferably offered for long-term rental. The possible start dates are 01.10.2026, 01.11.2026, or 01.12.2026. The current tenant has generally rented the apartment until the end of December 2026. An earlier move-out, and therefore an earlier move-in, is possible by prior arrangement.
