Available upon request with great, tasteful, modern furnishings (for an additional monthly charge). This allows you to move in directly without having to carry heavy furniture or assemble and disassemble it. Would you nevertheless prefer to bring your own favorite furniture? Then we will disassemble our furniture and store it.
High-speed Internet and digital TV are available to you for €15 per month.
Our additional costs really are an “all-round carefree package,” including water/heating/house cleaning/winter service, etc. – flat-rate and predictable.

We are looking for long-term tenants for a cooperative and happy tenancy who commit to at least one year, preferably longer.
Our policy is that we must always check your creditworthiness before concluding a contract. If you have negative entries there, please inform us of this before viewings.
