About this apartment
The fully furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained and spacious residential complex built in 1998 in the northern part of Rüsselsheim-Königstädten. Generous green spaces between the buildings create a pleasant living environment and give the complex a quiet, open character.
As soon as you enter the apartment, you notice the wide hallway with its light-colored tiled floor. There is plenty of room here for a wardrobe, and from here you go directly into the spacious living and sleeping area with an adjoining semi-open kitchen.
And this is where it gets really bright: Floor-to-ceiling windows and French balconies bring plenty of daylight into the room and offer views of the greenery. All windows are fitted with shutters.
The living and sleeping areas flow openly into one another, but are still cleverly separated. A large, high-quality wardrobe also serves as a room divider and creates a pleasantly separate sleeping area. A 1.40-meter-wide bed frame is already here—you only need to bring your own mattress.
The living area is also fully furnished. A black sofa, coffee table, sideboard, and flat-screen TV are included, along with various shelves and smaller cabinets that provide additional storage space. So you can move in with little effort and settle in right away. A detailed inventory list will, of course, form part of the subsequent rental agreement.
The semi-open kitchen adjoins the living area. The modern white fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life: a 45 cm-wide dishwasher, a built-in fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven.
The dining area with a table and three chairs is located just in front of the kitchen. A particularly nice touch: even at breakfast, you can look out through the large windows and beyond the loggia to the greenery.
You can access the sheltered loggia directly from the living area. Thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun here especially in the afternoon and evening. The unobstructed view across the well-maintained green grounds quickly makes this a favorite spot—whether for your first coffee of the weekend or a glass of wine in the evening.
The windowless bathroom has bright, timeless tiles and is fitted with white sanitary fixtures and a bathtub. An electric ventilation system provides the necessaryVentilation.
A real everyday advantage is the walk-in storage room measuring more than 2 m², located directly inside the apartment. It offers plenty of convenient space for supplies, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, crates of drinks and anything else you do not want to have on display all the time. If you need extra room for clothes or shoes, you can of course also make excellent use of it as a small walk-in wardrobe or shoe closet.
The flooring also gives the apartment a pleasantly bright feel: the hallway, kitchen and bathroom are tiled, while laminate flooring in a limed wood look has been laid in the living and sleeping areas.
Practical storage space has also been considered outside the apartment. The apartment includes its own basement storage room with an electrical connection and a small window. The basement also has a spacious laundry room with a drying area and a shared bicycle room.
Especially convenient: The bicycle room can be reached without stairs via the underground garage.
Speaking of the underground garage: The apartment includes a ground-level parking space in the underground garage that is easy to drive into. It offers sufficient space for a car and—depending on the vehicle size—possibly even a motorcycle as well.
You also do not need to worry about cleaning the stairwell, caretaker services, or snow and winter maintenance. These services are provided and are already included in the service charges.
