I am looking for a tenant for my apartment in a prime location in Essen. With three rooms, the apartment is ideal for a shared apartment, a couple, or a family with 1 or 2 children.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and measures just under 90 sqm. It is bright, spacious, and perfectly laid out: It has a large hallway from which every room in the apartment can be accessed. In addition to a bathroom with natural light, it offers a kitchen and a bright living and dining area, adjoining the balcony with a view of greenery. A large bedroom and another guest / office / children's room make the apartment perfect for a small family, a couple, or a shared apartment.
Until now (through 31.08.), the apartment was rented as a holiday apartment. The furniture is still in the apartment and it will be cleared out shortly. In the future, the apartment is to be rented again for a longer period – ideally for 3 years.
