A room in a shared flat in the beautiful Old Town of Mainz will become available from 01.09.! With a room size of just under 26 m² and the proportionate communal area (37.42 m²), the net rent is €550; in addition, there are €126 in operating costs plus electricity, internet and GEZ. As in many shared flats, there is a one-time payment for the existing kitchen, appliances such as the washing machine or refrigerator, and furniture in the communal rooms (more details will be provided personally by one of the flatmates).
The 3-person shared flat currently consists of 2 young women. For future life in the shared flat, the residents hope that it will be harmonious and uncomplicated. Mutual consideration is important, as are a sense of responsibility and tolerance. When it comes to cleanliness, the weekly rotating cleaning schedule has always worked well, and so far the flatmates have always shared general shared-flat expenses fairly. Discriminatory and conservative right-wing ideology has never had a place in our shared flat, and that should remain so.
