The apartment impresses with a large living/dining room, beautiful wooden furniture, a master bedroom with a double bed 1.60 m wide and a smaller bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed. All rooms have a cozy and warm feel thanks to the stripped floorboards. The interior bathroom with bathtub, washing machine incl. dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher complete the apartment with a very nice floor plan. A practical cellar room also belongs to the apartment.
Bus and streetcar lines 4 and 9 are within walking distance. Walking distance to the streetcar Leipziger Platz 4 minutes, to Anger 9 minutes, to the main station 15 minutes. There are a few restaurants, doctors, bakeries, cafés and two shopping centers within walking distance. The Erfurt University of Applied Sciences is a short distance away, and the university is also easily accessible by public transport.
Erfurt boasts a historic city center with a beautiful medieval town center, the famous Krämerbrücke bridge and the famous Domplatz square, which is dominated by the cathedral and Severikirche church.
