Our bright, charming attic apartment has a very special charm. It offers a wide, unobstructed view of the greenery and is very conveniently located. A bicycle can be parked in the garage. Parking spaces are available in front of the house on the street.
In the bedroom there is a bed (140x200) For clothes and other things there are 3 large built-in wardrobes. Bedding and bed linen included.
The kitchen is well equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and everything one needs for cooking. At a small table with 2 chairs you can eat in the kitchen.
In the living room you can relax comfortably on the couch. A desk provides space for working.
WLAN and TV are included.

The toilet (a little cramped for very tall people due to the sloping roof) and the shower are separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Feudenheim is a very popular suburb with intact infrastructure. Good shopping opportunities (Edeka, organic market, (organic) bakeries, butcher shops, flower shops, banks, pharmacies, drugstore...), doctors and restaurants or beer gardens can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
A walk in nature (e.g. Maulbeerinsel on the Neckar) directly behind our residential area is worthwhile.
Jogging, walking or cycling along the river is especially beautiful here.
