Have you ever considered an office in a shared office space? We are a small coworking space and offer various teams and companies the opportunity to use a separate, lockable office with us. Whether short- or long-term: you enjoy complete flexibility (notice period of 60 days to the end of the month) and do not have to lift a finger – because everything is taken care of, from the internet connection to the automatic coffee machine.
Our communal areas are comfortably furnished and can be used by all tenants.
Freelancers, remote workers and anyone else interested can also book an individual workspace with us – more about this on our website.

Focus entirely on your work. We take care of cleaning, errands, maintenance and all the other bits and pieces involved in the property for you.

With us, you get an all-inclusive package. The price of an office is calculated according to the number of workspaces used: Each workspace costs €350 plus VAT/month. The following services and Additional costs included:

-Internet (Wi-Fi & LAN in some areas)
-Fees such as waste disposal, broadcasting fees, etc.
-Equipped with large desks, ergonomic chairs & monitors
-Cleaning
-Use of the business address at Anger
-Use of communal areas (large lounge/common room, kitchenette)
-Coffee and tea flat rate

So you do not lose much time in everyday life and can concentrate fully on your work and then on your time off!
