Steinbeis-Haus Berlin-Adlershof offers a wide range of uses: In addition to office spaces of various sizes and layouts, some of which can still be fitted out according to tenants’ wishes, the building offers a variety of seminar and meeting rooms, an event space and a catering kitchen on the ground floor, as well as apartments for short stays.
We currently offer furnished co-working spaces, individual/double offices, and modern, self-contained office areas > 300m² for rent.
An apartment floor for short-term and temporary residential use is also available for rent.
