We are renting out a spacious, very bright and charming 2-room unit within a well-maintained shared apartment with four residential units.
The 2-room unit can be occupied by one or up to two people and is ideal for two friends or a young couple.
It should be noted that one of the two rooms is a walk-through room.
The apartment has a beautiful kitchen-living room with dining area as well as a small southwest-facing balcony – ideal for cooking and spending time together.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub; the toilet is separate. A spacious hallway area provides additional comfort.
The existing shared apartment is characterized by a friendly, respectful and uncomplicated atmosphere; the communal areas are welcoming and clean.
