About this apartment
An attic apartment here does not mean cramped and dark—quite the opposite. At around 70 m², you can look forward to a bright 3-room apartment with a floor plan that offers a surprising amount of living space.
The spacious living room is the heart of the apartment. Its size makes it easy to combine the living and dining areas. The sloping ceilings give the room its own character without making it feel any less spacious. In addition to the living room, there are two further rooms, each with its own separate entrance. Whether you choose a bedroom and children’s room or perhaps a bedroom and home office—the layout allows for a range of living arrangements.
The separate kitchen offers plenty of worktop space as well as room for a small dining area. Its own window is another practical feature, providing daylight and good ventilation.
The bathroom with natural light is tiled in white and fitted with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Another positive feature here: it is not a small, windowless bathroom, but a pleasantly proportioned room with a window.
Even the hallway is more than just a passage from one room to another. It offers plenty of room to move around and connects all the rooms in the apartment—there are no walk-through rooms.
Light-coloured flooring, white walls and partially exposed wooden beams enhance the bright, welcoming character of the attic apartment.
Residents also have access to a small courtyard behind the building. A private basement storage room provides additional space for belongings.
