We are renting out a large 5-room apartment, available from 1 October 2026.
3 large bedrooms (each approx. 25 sqm) are located in the basement of the apartment, but have large windows that can be opened onto the inner courtyard. They are nevertheless basement rooms!

A 12.5 sqm bedroom is located on the ground floor.

The large living room is perfect as a spacious shared living/dining area and offers enough space for a generous sofa or a large dining table. From the living room, there is access to a small covered balcony, which in turn has stairs leading to the inner courtyard.

The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet room, ventilation but no window.

The apartment has two storage rooms in the basement.
The rooms have a separate house entrance and can therefore be accessed independently of the main house—which also makes it possible to use the stairway area as storage space for shoes and other items.

Since the apartment is actually ideally suited for a shared flat, we would prefer 3–4 people who would like to "start" a shared flat.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted!

The earliest possible move-in date is 1 October 2026

The apartment is currently still heated by a nearly new individual gas heating system (the gas is purchased directly by the tenant, so there are no heating costs included in the ancillary costs). However, conversion to a central heating system is planned.
