A tram stop (routes 308/318) is just around the corner (around three minutes’ walk away). This takes you to Bochum’s main rail station and the city centre in less than 20 minutes. A discount supermarket and Italian restaurant are both only 250 metres away. A wide range of shops can be found on Hattinger Straße, around five minutes’ walk away. Swimming baths eight minutes away, and there is also a fitness club nearby.
The rent already includes service charges, monthly cleaning of the bathroom, patio and outer staircase, as well as the cost of the internet connection. Electricity and heating (storage heaters) must be paid separately according to usage.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

Bochum’s Linden district is a predominantly low-density residential area situated six kilometres south-west of the city centre and on the border to Hattingen. In Linden’s centre you will find a beautiful marketplace, which exudes a little small-town atmosphere.
Adjoining to the south-west is the industrial and former mining zone.
Transport links: approx 5 km to the south-west ring road (Oviedo-Ring). Trams 308/318, plus buses in almost all directions.
