The nearby Lorettostraße offers not only food shopping but also stylish businesses and extraordinary restaurants. The property enjoys excellent public transport links, with tram and bus stops only a few steps away. The A46 motorway is only 5km away, and offers perfect links in all directions. If required, you can also rent a space in the underground garage for €200 per month. Smoking is not permitted in this property.
Service charges and the cost of the internet access are already included in the rent. The property owner is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of €35 per hour.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The third room is perfect for use as a home office. The spacious, tastefully designed bathroom offers a bath and a separate walk-in shower. A washing machine is installed in the utility room. Internet access provided.

Location description

Unterbilk is a central area of Düsseldorf belonging to the Stadtbezirk 3 city district. The district’s main landmark is the Stadttor, an award-winning skyscraper erected over the Rheinufertunnel road tunnel’s southern exit. The most important employer in Unterbilk is the North-Rhine Westphalia state government with all its ministries. The MedienHafen (‘Media Harbour’) is home to the WDR public radio station and other cultural and creative businesses. Thanks to its proximity to the MedienHafen, Lorettostraße has become a focus for designer fashion, furniture and trendy restaurants. The district’s cultural highlight is the Kunstsammlung NRW art gallery, which has two sites: K20 on Grabbeplatz and K21 in the Ständehaus, a former parliament building. But the local population is still present in this densely populated district comprising rows of streets built in the 19th century. Another reason for Unterbilk’s appeal is its short distance to the city and close proximity to the Rhine, which is especially easy to reach thanks to the Rheinpark Bilk, which was laid on former harbour land. The MedienHafen’s architectural highlight is the Neue Zollhof, an ensemble of buildings designed by Frank Gehry.
