In the large, modernly furnished room there is a double bed, a sofa for relaxing and a workspace as well as various storage options and a wardrobe. The kitchen, which is entered via the small hallway with storage space for suitcases and other items, offers the necessary comfort for a small household and is fully equipped. The bathroom with towel heater has also been modernized like the kitchen. The communal areas are clean and well maintained. The apartment includes a basement storage room and there is a communal garden at the back. Heating and gas can be provided as a flat rate depending on the rental period. Internet is available.
The minimum rental period is 3 months with a deposit of 3 months' rent. A lease can also be concluded for a longer period, initially limited. However, there is the option to extend.
In addition, a parking space can be rented - a rarity in Berlin!
For individual evening meals, the multifunctional microwave with oven and grill as well as the induction hobs are available. And coffee in the morning is also taken care of. The dishwasher takes care of the washing up "on the side" and the washing machine is ready for laundry.
