Built between 1995 and 1997, this apartment building in the heart of Frankenberg/Dittersbach has 12 apartments on a total of four floors, creating a small tenant community within the building that you can quickly fit into. The apartments (except for the 1-room apartments) on the upper floor each have a balcony, the first floor apartments have a terrace, all of which face south.
The bright and quiet 1-room apartment impresses not only with its practical, well-designed layout, but also with immediate comfort: a timeless fitted kitchen (EBK) is already available and makes moving in particularly easy. The shower bathroom creates a relaxed atmosphere. The offer is rounded off by a useful separate basement storage room, which provides additional storage space.
Imagine coming home and entering an apartment where the floor is pleasantly warm - thanks to the modern underfloor heating. The heat is distributed evenly throughout all rooms, without disturbing radiators, cold corners, or drafts.
Our apartment uses an intelligent night storage system for this: electricity is primarily used at night at the low tariff and stores the heat for the whole day. This means for you: a cozy living climate, predictable heating costs, and environmentally friendly energy use.
Compared to classic gas boilers, you enjoy:
More safety: no gas pipes, no exhaust gases, hardly any maintenance.
Flexible living: no radiators, full design possibilities.
Predictable costs: lower night electricity instead of fluctuating gas prices.
In short: comfort, safety, and efficiency come together here - warmth that is not only felt, but also used cleverly.
If interested, you are asked to briefly answer the following questions in your inquiry:
- how many people will move into the apartment?
- what professional activities are carried out?
- are pets kept? If yes, which ones?
- when would a possible move-in date be?
or you can fill out the available self-disclosure form and send it to us by email at sh(at)immobilienschneiderei.de.

The Free State of Saxony is located in the east of the Federal Republic of Germany. From the state capital Dresden is located at a distance of about 85 km the third largest city in the state: Chemnitz. With 250,000 inhabitants and an area of about 221.03 km², Chemnitz is one of the most important economic areas in the new German states.
About 23.9 km and 25 minutes by car away is the city of Frankenberg in the district of Central Saxony, within the Saxon granulite mountains in the foothills of the Ore Mountains in the Zschopau valley, surrounded by many mixed forests such as the Lützeltal, the Striegistal or the Buchenwald.
To the west of the town's outskirts, the Zschopau River flows by, furthermore, the Mühlbach River crosses the district of the same name, as well as the town center.
Frankenberg gained special economic importance through the cigar-making trade and the automobile industry, especially through the Marko Framo (Frankenberger Motorenwerke) which were produced there between 1923 and 1933.
The town's landmark is the Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Aegidien, the associated church tower can already be seen from the highway. The lower part of the tower was built as early as 1499 and is still preserved today. The largest green area near the city center is the Friedenspark, which was created from a disused cemetery around 1890/1891.
Approximately 4 kilometers from the city center is the community of Dittersbach, which together with its district Neudörfchen forms the Frankenberg district of Dittersbach.
The Lützelbach flows through the village and flows into the Zschopau south of Sachsenburg.
North of Dittersbach run the federal highway 169 and the federal highway 4, which can be reached in a few minutes by car and is thus very well connected to the surrounding cities.
