About this dream apartment

Property Description

In Springe, the private housing cooperative Zur Schille eG is building 50 modern, tasteful apartment buildings with a total of 50 beautiful, barrier-reduced new-build apartments with two to four rooms, living areas approx. 48–103 m². The houses are being built energy-efficiently and sustainably (KfW EH-40 with QNG-PLUS certificate), each roof has its own photovoltaic system. The entrances face a large communal square to encourage encounters, and a centrally located neighborhood house promotes togetherness in the private housing cooperative.

The 2-room apartment offered here is located in House A, which on its long side has a view to the west – and with the sunset a very special “relax” factor. With a generous living and dining room, the apartment offers plenty of openness, the second room provides a retreat. Both rooms open onto a generous terrace.

During the day, light floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows into the apartments, making them bright and welcoming at all times. A storage room and a dressing room as well as a barrier-free shower room round off comfortable living on around 50 square meters. The icing on the cake is the small terrace on the top setback floor – whether for quiet moments after work or for conversations with friends.

During planning and construction, attention is paid to healthy building methods and avoiding the use of substances or materials that are harmful to the environment or health. At the beginning of the construction phase, key elements such as flooring can be selected from presented models to suit your own taste as part of a selection process.

The storage rooms are located in the stairwell, a utility room and the building services for the photovoltaic system are located on the ground floor. Sufficient car and bicycle parking spaces are also available.
Construction is expected to start at the end of 2026, occupancy in 2027.
This apartment is accessible with a housing entitlement certificate (WBS). We will be happy to explain the steps to obtain the subsidy. Further apartments without WBS are available – please ask us!

What is special, however, are the inner values and advantages of a private housing cooperative.
Living in a private housing cooperative offers the security of owning your own home and the flexibility of renting. As a member, you acquire a permanent right of use to an individual, contemporary apartment in which you want to live in a fixed community.

THE ADVANTAGES OF A PRIVATE HOUSING COOPERATIVE
–> Neighborhood – Vibrant and social coexistence, mutual help and trust
–> Security – A permanent right of use to an individual apartment, protection against termination due to personal use
–> Co-determination – Joint decisions in the neighborhood, individual freedom to design the apartment
–> Affordability – No profit motive on the part of the cooperative, no “landlord arbitrariness”, socially subsidized housing

Location description

Southwest of the state capital Hanover lies the livable half-timbered town of Springe, with about 30,000 inhabitants in its catchment area and a suburban character. The district of Bennigsen, located in the northeast with around 4,300 inhabitants, stands out pleasantly due to its quiet atmosphere on the southern slope of the Süllberg and offers many opportunities to shape a long-term future with a high quality of life.
The advantages:
TRANSPORT CONNECTION IN THE HANNOVER – HAMELN – HILDESHEIM CITY TRIANGLE
People in employment and commuters appreciate the excellent transport connections to the state capital Hanover (22 km), whether by car or S-Bahn. B217, A4 and A2 are 10 to 20 minutes away by car. The international airport can be reached by car in under an hour. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in just a few minutes – and may even save you from needing a second car.

EVERYTHING IMPORTANT FOR A GOOD LIFE
In Springe and Bennigsen, everything is well organized: essential infrastructure is available within just 15 minutes, such as two supermarkets within walking distance, a petrol station, pharmacy and doctors’ offices, an outdoor pool, restaurants and cafés, sports hall and various clubs. The needs of young families are also catered for: several day-care centers and schools as well as leisure activities help children grow up in a stable environment and develop well.

CLOSE TO NATURE FOR ACTIVE LEISURE ACTIVITIES
In the historic landscape of the Calenberg Land and at the Deister Gate, even the old Hanoverian nobility found their pastime. Living here is also very good today – the scenic diversity of the Lower Saxon mountain and hill country and the North German plain offers numerous opportunities to switch off or work up a sweat. Whether hiking, cycling or other sporting activities in nature, cultural events such as music festivals or a visit to the manor house: active leisure activities are child's play here!
