The new residential complex is located in the town of Luckau in the district of Dahme-Spreewald. The area of the city is located about 70km south of Berlin, in the Lausitz-Spreewald region. Since the state development plan for the capital region of Berlin-Brandenburg came into force on 01.07.2019, Luckau has acquired the status of a medium-sized center. The airport BER can be reached within 50 minutes by car. The microsite is located not far to the east outside the original city center and close to the Calauer Vorstadt to the south and a housing estate of detached single-family houses to the east.
