The individually usable room faces west and has its own loggia (balcony) for relaxing hours outdoors. It is zoned so that it includes a living area, a dining and work area, and a quiet sleeping area.

The room is fully furnished: a 1.40 m wide bed, a large wardrobe, a sideboard with television, an extendable table with two chairs, an armchair with footstool, a bedside table, as well as a floor lamp by the armchair and a pendant lamp above the table. Curtains can be drawn around the entire bed, and there are also curtains on the windows. The furnishings are complemented by a small hanging chest of drawers and a mirror.

There is sufficient storage space both in the room itself and in the storage room to easily and quickly put away work or study materials, a laptop and other technology, clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and anything else that should not be left lying around.
