It is located in a quiet yet central and idyllic residential area. The apartment is in a three-family house. It is suitable for singles or couples. The entire house (three apartments) is currently undergoing complete renovation, and two apartments will be ready for occupancy from November 1, 2025.

Completely renovated: roof completely renewed, new heating system with radiators, all pipes (cold and hot water, drainpipes including connections), new electrical wiring, high-quality vinyl flooring installed in all rooms, new doors including the apartment entrance door, as well as a video intercom system. Public parking spaces are available in front of the house.

A basement is available, providing space for storing your personal belongings. The apartment consists of three well-proportioned rooms: a living room, two bedrooms/office or guest rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with natural light. The high ceilings and slight slopes give the apartment character and a sense of airiness. The bright, modern bathroom with natural light consists of a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, and a door. Connections for a washing machine and dryer are available.

A fitted kitchen is to be installed by the tenant.
