Then you don’t want to look for furniture, arrange electricity or internet contracts, or face an additional bill at the end. You’re looking for an apartment where you feel at home from your very first evening. That’s exactly why we’ve freshly renovated this 35 m² apartment and furnished it with great attention to detail.

Start the day on your east-facing balcony, enjoying the morning sun with your first coffee before heading to work. In the evening, cook in your own little kitchen overlooking the greenery instead of standing in line at the cafeteria, and your espresso is just one button press away. The open-plan living and sleeping area is bright, quiet and furnished so you can relax and, when needed, work with concentration.

One figure, no surprises: €890 per month, all included. Heating, electricity, water, service charges and fast Wi-Fi are included with normal usage. A parking space can be added on request for €70 per month.

The rental starts on 01.10.2026. The rental period is fixed at 6 months, with the option to extend up to a maximum of 8 months. The apartment is rented exclusively for temporary use. Please briefly state the reason for your stay in your inquiry.

Other

We will of course provide you with the landlord confirmation for your registration. Each resident must register for the broadcasting fee themselves. Deposit: 2,000 euros due to the new furniture and appliances. We’d be happy to send you a video tour in advance. Please briefly tell us who you are, the period and reason for your stay in Erlangen (for example, your employer, institute or clinic), and when you would like to move in.

Location details

You live in Erlangen-Alterlangen, in a quiet, green setting west of the Regnitz, and can still get everywhere quickly: the city center, university and university hospital are just a few minutes away by bike. The Siemens sites are also well connected by bike or bus. After work, the Regnitz meadows are right on your doorstep for running, cycling or simply taking a breather. The well-connected “Sankt Johann” bus stop is right outside the front door, and EDEKA Wiemann is only 180 m away.
