Our additional costs are truly the "all-round carefree package", incl. water/heating/house cleaning/winter service, etc. - flat-rate and calculable.

We are looking for long-term tenants for a cooperative and happy tenancy who commit for at least one year, preferably longer.
Our requirement is that we must always check your creditworthiness before signing the contract. If you have negative entries there, please let us know before viewings.
