At Gästehaus Forelle, we rent more than just furnished apartments – we want you to feel at home from the very first day. We live in the house ourselves. If you need us, we are happy to be there for you. Otherwise, enjoy your time completely undisturbed.

Rental conditions:

• Deposit for a rental period of 2–3 months: 1 month’s rent
• Deposit for a rental period of 4–6 months: 2 months’ rent
• The visitor’s tax is not included in the rent; it is a one-time fee of €102 for the entire stay.
• We charge a one-time fee of €150 for the final cleaning. This amount will be withheld from the deposit at the end of the contract.
• Payment by bank transfer or in cash. Card payment is not possible.
• Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant.
