The bright, cosy one-room Sonnenblume apartment is on the first floor and offers a wonderful view of Schliersee and the mountains through its exceptionally large window.
The apartment is fully furnished and ideally suited to 1–2 people looking for a temporary home in Schliersee for 1 to 6 months.
Living/sleeping area:
Double bed (180 × 200 cm), dining table with 2 chairs by the window with a magnificent lake view, wardrobe, chest of drawers, reading armchair and television.
Kitchen:
Separate kitchen with a window and cosy seating area, sink, 2-burner hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and tableware and cookware.
Bathroom:
Window, shower, washbasin and WC.
Other:
Wi-Fi, cable TV, private parking directly at the house, sunbathing lawn, bicycle storage. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.
Rental terms:
Rental period: 1–6 months
Monthly all-inclusive rent: €1,500 including heating, electricity, gas, water, TV, Wi-Fi, rubbish collection and radio.
Deposit for a rental period of 1–3 months: 1 month’s rent.
Deposit for a rental period of 4–6 months: 2 months’ rent.
One-time final cleaning fee of €150. This amount will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the contract.
One-time visitor’s tax of €102 for the entire stay.
Tenants must bring their own bed linen and towels.
