Wonderful, bright 3-room apartment, completely renovated just a few years ago, with a new fitted kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate guest toilet. The layout is very well designed: a large living/dining room, a spacious bedroom, and a lovely study/children’s room make it easy to arrange the space perfectly. The bathroom has connections for a washing machine and dryer. There is a large storage unit in the basement.
The view from the balcony over lots of greenery is wonderful.
There are no parking spaces, but you can easily park your car on the street and nearby.
The apartment will be available no later than 1.1.2027; an earlier move-in date would need to be agreed with the current tenants.
