About this apartment
Wonderful, bright 3-room apartment that was completely renovated just a few years ago, with a new fitted kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate guest toilet. The layout is very well designed: a large living/dining room, a spacious bedroom, and a lovely office/children’s room make it easy to furnish perfectly. The bathroom has connections for a washing machine and dryer. There is a large storage unit in the basement.
The view from the balcony is wonderful, overlooking plenty of greenery.
There are no parking spaces, but you can park your car on the street without any problem, and there is parking nearby.
The apartment will be available no later than 1 January 2027; an earlier move-in date would need to be discussed with the current tenants.
