We are renting out three furnished rooms for first occupancy in a comprehensively modernized basement apartment. Each room is rented individually under its own lease. The shared apartment has four rooms; the fourth has already been rented. Available from 01.11.2026.

Karpfenteich Primary School is a 7-minute walk away, and two daycare centers are 7 and 11 minutes away. The Stanzer Zeile and Schütte-Lanz-Straße bus stops are each about 600 m away. Routes M11, X11, 112, and 284 run from there; route 284 goes, among other places, to Lichterfelde Süd S-Bahn station and Steglitz Town Hall. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, family doctor, and post office are clustered just over a kilometer away. The nearest S-Bahn station is about 2 km away and easily reached by bus or bicycle.
