The Field 4 new-build project is located directly by the new PocketPark as part of the Turley site on the former Kaiser Wilhelm Barracks, which is still characterised by its green parade ground today. The urban district of Neckarstadt-Ost is one of Mannheim’s inner-city districts and is connected to the city centre by two road bridges, which you can reach easily in around 15 minutes. Having largely escaped bombing during the Second World War, the diverse district features a succession of historic architecture and new residential construction.

The project site is situated in a quiet location within modern residential developments. The Herzogenriedpark, covering more than 21 hectares, is just a few minutes away on foot. Lovingly landscaped gardens, a lake with fountains, as well as a mini-zoo, a cave maze and playgrounds make the park a nature-oriented attraction for young and old alike.

Several supermarkets, such as Lidl, Rewe, Aldi Süd and Marktkauf, can be reached in around 3 minutes by car or bicycle.
