Built between 1995 and 1997, this apartment building in the heart of Frankenberg/Dittersbach has 12 apartments on a total of four floors, creating a small tenant community within the building that you can quickly fit into. The apartments (except for the 1-room apartments) on the upper floor each have a balcony, the first floor apartments have a terrace, all of which face south.
The advertised apartment has been newly renovated and created by combining two apartments. This has resulted in a spacious 3-room apartment with approx. 82 m² of living space and a practical layout.
Following the renovation, the apartment features a bright living/dining area, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a balcony and two bathrooms. One has natural light and a shower, while the other has a bathtub.
Imagine coming home and stepping into an apartment with pleasantly warm floors – thanks to modern underfloor heating. The heat is distributed evenly throughout all the rooms, with no disruptive radiators, cold corners or drafts.
Our apartment uses an intelligent night storage system for this: electricity is used mainly at night at a lower rate and stores heat for the entire day. This means a comfortable indoor climate, predictable heating costs and environmentally friendly energy use for you.
Compared with conventional gas boilers, you can enjoy:
Greater safety: No gas lines, no exhaust fumes, hardly any maintenance.
Flexible living: No radiators, complete design freedom.
Predictable costs: Lower-priced off-peak electricity instead of fluctuating gas prices.
In short: Comfort, safety and efficiency come together here – warmth you can not only feel, but also use cleverly.

The Free State of Saxony is located in the east of the Federal Republic of Germany. From the state capital Dresden is located at a distance of about 85 km the third largest city in the state: Chemnitz. With 250,000 inhabitants and an area of about 221.03 km², Chemnitz is one of the most important economic areas in the new German states.
About 23.9 km and 25 minutes by car away is the city of Frankenberg in the district of Central Saxony, within the Saxon granulite mountains in the foothills of the Ore Mountains in the Zschopau valley, surrounded by many mixed forests such as the Lützeltal, the Striegistal or the Buchenwald.
To the west of the town's outskirts, the Zschopau River flows by, furthermore, the Mühlbach River crosses the district of the same name, as well as the town center.
Frankenberg gained special economic importance through the cigar-making trade and the automobile industry, especially through the Marko Framo (Frankenberger Motorenwerke) which were produced there between 1923 and 1933.
The town's landmark is the Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Aegidien, the associated church tower can already be seen from the highway. The lower part of the tower was built as early as 1499 and is still preserved today. The largest green area near the city center is the Friedenspark, which was created from a disused cemetery around 1890/1891.
Approximately 4 kilometers from the city center is the community of Dittersbach, which together with its district Neudörfchen forms the Frankenberg district of Dittersbach.
The Lützelbach flows through the village and flows into the Zschopau south of Sachsenburg.
North of Dittersbach run the federal highway 169 and the federal highway 4, which can be reached in a few minutes by car and is thus very well connected to the surrounding cities.
