This new-build project impresses with its sustainable energy concept as well as its quiet location close to the city in the popular south of Ravensburg. The bright exterior façade with generous window areas creates a stylish and high-quality architectural effect.

The energy concept is a mix of a photovoltaic system as an energy source, an energy storage system for supplying energy during the night and a heat pump that heats the apartments using underfloor heating. The model guarantees permanently low heating costs, as the building generates most of the heat it needs itself.

Eight residential units are being built in the project. These include two two-room apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, four four-room apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, as well as two attic apartments, each with four rooms and a room height of around three and a half meters.

The first floor apartments each have a private right of special use of the garden. The living areas of all apartments face south-west for optimal sunlight.

The apartments are accessible both by elevator and via the stairwell. Sufficient parking spaces are provided in the underground garage. Bicycles, baby carriages or walking aids can be conveniently parked in the basement, where the individual cellar rooms are located alongside utility rooms such as the laundry and drying room.

Construction is scheduled to start in spring 2023 and is expected to be completed around 14 months after the start of construction. Floor plan changes are flexibly adaptable, provided they are statically and structurally feasible. Designs that deviate from the high-quality basic fittings as per the building description are possible for an additional or reduced price.
