The total monthly cold rent is €2,950 plus €460 operating costs. This results in a total monthly rent of €3,410. The deposit for the entire apartment is €6,000.

The apartment is heated by a gas heating system. Heating and hot water are already included in the stated operating cost prepayments. Electricity and internet are to be paid separately by the tenants.
