About this apartment

I am offering a fully renovated 2-room apartment in the Nonnenbruch district. Everything has actually been done anew here. New electrical system, new bathroom, new Schüco windows, freshly painted, new flooring, infrared heating, etc.

A stylishly furnished apartment for singles and/or couples.

All allocatable ancillary costs including water consumption are included in the additional costs. The 100 euros additional costs stated here refer to one person. For 2 people, the flat-rate additional costs increase by 50 euros to 150 euros.

The heating costs are based on personal electricity consumption.

Viewing appointments are currently possible on Thursdays and Fridays between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. On weekends by arrangement, as it is currently still rented.

For the lease to be drawn up, I need proof of permanent employment, the last 3 payslips and a current Schufa report.

Heiligenhaus is a small but fine town in the Mettmann district. Major cities such as Düsseldorf, Essen, Cologne, etc. can be reached in about 20 to 30 minutes by car. The expansion of the A44 motorway towards Düsseldorf is progressing and will make the Nonnenbruch district even more attractive in the future. Schools, doctors, everyday shopping facilities are within walking distance.
