Our former home is available for rent.
The house was completely core-renovated from 1989-1994 and was subsequently brought further up to date with a Vissmann condensing heating system (2018) and a new roof (2020).
Loving details such as exposed wooden beams in the interior give the house flair and underline the intended Mediterranean architectural style. Only high-quality building materials were used during the renovation.
On the ground floor is the generous living area with a suggested split-level layout (sunken living room) and the dining area, with a total of 3 accesses to the sunny, generous terrace bordered by a hedge (south-facing).
A masonry tiled stove guarantees cozy warm evenings in the transitional season and in winter. The kitchen with the existing fitted kitchen, pantry, a utility room for washing machine and dryer, and a separate guest WC round off the offering on the ground floor.
Via a high-quality beechwood staircase you reach the upper floor, where, via the large hallway, you enter the daylight bathroom (two windows) with bathtub, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.
