We can provide a fitted kitchen if you wish. So you don’t have to spend a few thousand euros on a kitchen before you’ve even moved in. Just let us know.
Heating is provided by district heating. No boiler of your own in the apartment, no maintenance appointments, no evening without hot water because the appliance has stopped working. And no discussions about what will happen to the heating in a few years.
Parking on the property, with your own parking space for 35 euros per month. No driving around the street three times in the evening.
The building dates from 1995 and is well maintained. A manageable number of apartments, a quiet neighborhood. Not an anonymous complex, but not a building where everyone knows everything about each other either.
We rent directly, without an agent or commission. It matters to us that someone moves in who wants to stay. Pets by arrangement; we’re not fundamentally opposed.
