About this apartment
Just under 84 square metres on two floors. The living areas are downstairs, the bedrooms upstairs. If you have guests in the evening, you won’t disturb anyone who’s already in bed.
The lower floor has a living room of just over 21 square metres and a kitchen of over 13 square metres. This is no kitchenette. There’s room for a proper dining table where the whole family can sit. The balcony is accessed from the living room. A storage room holds the vacuum cleaner, crates of drinks and a clothes-drying rack.
The internal staircase leads upstairs. There are two bedrooms of around 16 and 13 square metres and a bathroom with a bathtub. The larger room makes a proper master bedroom; the smaller one works as a child’s room or home office.
We can provide a fitted kitchen on request. So you won’t have to spend a few thousand euros on a kitchen before you move in.
Heating is provided by district heating. No boiler in the apartment, no maintenance appointments, no evenings without hot water.
You can rent a parking space on the property for an additional 35 euros per month. There is no lift, and the apartment is on the first upper floor.
We rent directly. It’s important to us that someone moves in who wants to stay. Pets by arrangement.
