Friedrichshafen-Seewiesen is located on the eastern edge of the city, between Lake Constance and the Eriskircher Ried nature reserve. Walking, jogging and cycling trails through the Ried start right outside the front door.
The private sandy beach is two to three minutes away on foot and belongs exclusively to the residents of the houses; the gate is locked. The shoreline is shallow and sheltered.
Friedrichshafen city centre is just a few minutes away by car. Parking is on the street directly in front of the house.
