You already own a plot and would like to build new? Then we would be happy to act as your construction partner with references. You may choose from a wide variety of house variants and different completion levels. The basis of this offer is the turnkey bungalow "Exquisit 125" on a floor slab. A brief construction specification can be found under the equipment section. Additional services, such as a single-flue chimney, solar system, an even better KfW standard (e.g. KfW 40), etc., are also possible as an option and will be charged separately.

The house price is calculated on the basis of a level plot with normal building ground. In the case of sloping sites, terrain adjustments, rock/stone, etc., adjustments are to be expected. Unfortunately, we can only carry out construction projects within a radius of 25 km. The stated price refers to the house price, i.e. no plot is included.
