Residential complex “Grüne Mitte” – Elverdisser Straße 29A-D in Bielefeld, 2022
On the site of a former tennis hall together with outdoor tennis courts, Bernd & Frank Stopfel GBR planned, from mid-2022, a residential complex inserted centrally into the neighborhood, comprising four apartment buildings. A total of 36 rental apartments with two- to four-room layouts were created.
All apartments are equipped with balconies or terraces. The spacious site permits above-ground parking and extensive, high-quality landscaping throughout the entire complex. An above-average number of bicycle parking spaces, some of them covered, will be provided.
The façades are designed with generously glazed stairwells and different plaster surfaces with smooth and broom-textured finishes. Color accents in warm-tone nuances are planned.
