Residential complex “Grüne Mitte”– Elverdisser Straße 29 A-D in Bielefeld, 2023
On the site of a former indoor tennis hall together with outdoor tennis courts, Bernd & Frank Stopfel GBR began planning in mid-2022 a residential complex inserted in the middle of the neighborhood, with four apartment buildings. A total of 36 rental apartments with layouts of 2 to 4 rooms were created.
All apartments are equipped with balconies or terraces. The spacious plot allows above-ground parking and abundant, high-quality greening throughout the complex. An above-average number of bicycle parking spaces, some of them covered, will be created.
The façade design will be achieved by means of generously glazed stairwells and different plaster surfaces with smooth and broom-finished textures. Color accents in warm-tone shades are intended.
