The additional costs are €180/month. The minimum rental period is 4 years. We will contact you promptly after receiving the completed self-disclosure form (including a copy of your identity card, certificate of freedom from rental debts, proof of income for the last 3 months, SCHUFA credit report). The apartment is not barrier-free.
The layout is well suited to a household of two to four people. Rent adjustments are linked to the cost-of-living index and are therefore limited. The move-in date can be arranged flexibly. As a guideline: The warm rent should not exceed 30% of your net income.

One final note: We receive many inquiries every day. Almost no prospective tenant takes the one-time effort to provide us with the required documents in advance. In previous rentals of other properties, we have almost always found that the first applicant with complete documents immediately arranged a viewing appointment, which was followed by the conclusion of a contract. A (private) landlord also invests time in viewings. It is all the more problematic for both sides at the end of a viewing if the prospective tenant is financially unable to afford the rent or other expectations of the tenant and landlord do not match. This can be clarified sensibly in advance. Your time is just as valuable as ours; we would be happy to get to know you personally!
