The ancillary costs are €120/month. Minimum rental period is 4 years. Prompt contact will be made after the completed tenant self-disclosure form has been submitted (including a copy of the identity card, certificate confirming no rent arrears, proof of income for the last 3 months, SCHUFA credit report). The apartment is not barrier-free.
The layout is well suited to a household of two to six people. Rent adjustments are linked to the cost-of-living index and are therefore limited. The move-in date can be arranged flexibly. As a guideline: The total rent including utilities should not exceed 30% of your net income.

One final note: We receive many inquiries every day. Almost no prospective tenant takes the time once to provide us with the required documents in advance. In previous rentals of other properties, we often experienced that the first applicant with complete documents directly arranged a viewing appointment, which was then followed by the signing of a contract. A (private) landlord also invests time in viewings. It is therefore all the more problematic for both parties at the end of a viewing if the prospective tenant is not financially able to afford the rent or if other expectations of the tenant and landlord do not match. This can be clarified sensibly in advance. Your time is as valuable as ours; we would be happy to get to know you personally!
