The AHL SCHULL, built in 1870, is a listed building in the historic center of Bergheim-Niederaußem. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the old Catholic church as well as the public park area „Grüne Lunge“.
In 2016, the historic building was extensively refurbished in close coordination with the heritage conservation authority of the city of Bergheim. This created a total of ten modern apartments that combine the special character of the historic monument with contemporary living comfort.
The apartment offered here is located on the ground floor and has two rooms. It will be available from September 1, 2026.
The fitted kitchen can be taken over by the current tenant by arrangement against appropriate reimbursement of costs.
A non-smoking household is preferred. Keeping dogs and cats is not desired.
The apartment is one of the three former teachers' apartments of the historic school. It impresses with generous room proportions, large, heritage-compliant segmented windows, and continuous flooring in a warm wood look.
The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining area via a wide passageway. The bathroom features a generous, level-access shower, a towel radiator, and a distinctive black-and-white tiled floor. A separate storage room and a cloakroom area provide additional storage space.
Location data is currently unavailable for this area.
The destination is sent to Google Maps only after submission and is not stored or logged by TraumImmo.
