In 1896, the farm served as a popular recreation and meeting place in the village of Germershausen. In addition to a sunny beer garden, a pretty ornamental pond with a wooden bridge, a barbecue kota and other small details were added, which makes the terrace a beautiful backdrop for weddings.
In 2001 the establishment was awarded the "Golden Chef's Hat" by the DEHOGA.
