Travel time to the city center is under 10 minutes (the main train station or HafenCity takes just under 15 minutes). Most Hamburg districts can be reached in under 30 minutes. The airport is around 20 minutes away by car, taxi or Moia.
The most beautiful (and longest) weekly market in Hamburg, the Isemarkt, takes place right outside the door on Tuesdays and Fridays. But don't worry, the apartment is located exclusively at the rear of the building, facing the garden (you won't hear anything from the market or subway). The chic shopping streets Eppendorfer Baum and Eppendorfer Landstraße, as well as the trendy Eppendorfer Weg, are a 3-minute walk away.
