The beautiful, spacious and bright 1-room apartment faces southwest, so you can sit in the sun on the terrace after work.
The apartment is accessed via the stairwell with 5 steps. It is then level towards the communal garden.
A small hallway leads to the living/bedroom and the bathroom.
The toilet, cistern, washbasin, illuminated mirror and glass partitions were replaced after the previous tenant. You are the first user after the renovation.
A high-quality fitted kitchen with 2 hobs (ceramic glass) has been installed in the kitchen. There is space here for your fridge/freezer combination or a breakfast nook / work corner.
A basement storage compartment is available for you. Parking spaces for residents of the buildings are available along the roadside in front of the buildings.
There is a coin-operated washing machine and a drying room for each building in the basement.
Note: The power sockets, light switches and curtain rail still need to be installed. Otherwise, the apartment is now ready for occupancy. This will be completed before handover.
It has been freshly painted. Nevertheless, you can still smell slightly that the previous tenant occasionally smoked in the apartment.

Unfortunately, viewings are only possible on the weekend from 02.10. to 04.10., as we do not live nearby.
