This cosy end-of-terrace house with a gabled roof was built in 1838 and comprehensively modernised over time. Initially in 1952 and most recently in 2022 and 2023. As part of the latest renovation work, the building services were also completely renewed and correspond to the state of the art as of 2022. The property offers approximately 60 m² of living space and is situated on a 147 m² plot.

Located in Eberbach, an idyllic town directly on the Neckar and only a short distance from Heidelberg, the property’s location impresses with its scenic beauty and also makes it ideal for use as a holiday home.

The property has been comprehensively modernised in recent years. This includes the renewal of the heating system and electrical wiring (2022), new windows (2009 and 2022), bathroom renovation (2022), and the conversion of the attic (2023), which increased the living space. From here, you reach the kitchen, which is equipped with a fitted kitchen. The gas condensing heating system is also located in the kitchen. If required, the kitchen can be separated from the living area by a sliding door.
